What do recent reviews say?
Ivan and his team consistently arrive on time and deliver gutter, downspout, and soffit work that leaves yards and basements protected. He takes the time to assess each site properly, explains options without pressure, and charges fairly for materials and labour. He and his crew (Victor mentioned) clean up after themselves and often spot and fix problems the homeowner wasn't expecting. One reviewer found the invoice format misleading on add-on costs, though the work itself remained solid.
Specialties include seamless gutter installation, downspout repair and rerouting to prevent water damage, gutter guards, and soffit-fascia work. The business operates across the Greater Toronto Area under Ontario aluminum licensing, holds full insurance, and has been established since 1998. Emergency calls get same-day response. Most jobs finish in a day or half-day.

Recent five-star reviews praise professional crews, clear communication, and thorough cleanup on roofing and attic work. However, older one-star accounts allege aggressive upselling during flat roof assessments, misidentification of existing flashing, and inconsistent technician knowledge. The spread reflects a business with strong execution in some projects but credibility gaps in diagnostics and transparency.
