Five-star reviews praise Royal's skilled crew, professional site conduct, and long-lasting flat and pitched roofs. Recent one-star complaints allege unpaid work, ongoing leaks despite repair, broken warranty promises, and site abandonment. The business shows strong execution when present, but serious disputes over completion and warranty fulfillment damage trust.
Specifics: Named crew members Simon and Nick received praise for church work on multi-surface projects. One customer reports a flat roof with added insulation lasting seven years. Conversely, one contract promised 15-year warranty, roof leaked afterward, crew vanished, and court judgment remains unsatisfied. Another states work left unfinished and company ceased contact.
Jacob and his team at ISY Solutions earn consistent five-star reviews for roof replacements and repairs. Customers praise their attention to detail, transparent communication, and willingness to work with insurance claims. The crew consistently leaves job sites spotless and meets timelines.
Prime Roof Repair handles emergencies with speed and honesty. When leaks strike from storms or flooding, they arrive fast, diagnose the problem clearly, complete the work the same day, and clean up after themselves. They stand out for saying no when repairs aren't needed and for staying in touch throughout larger projects like full replacements. Staff member Arsen appears regularly in feedback for professionalism and single-day completion. Most callers report their calls and messages get immediate replies. Customers consistently mention fair pricing relative to quality, and one reviewer noted an inspection fee applies toward final repair costs.
